I am a busy mother of two under 3 year olds. It has been quite a difficult year juggling work, kids and Covid (oh and the husband)

I have done this diet twice in 2020. I’m starting again tomorrow! Wohoo! It’s scary, it’s hard, a huge commitment but it makes me feel incredibly strong-MENTALLY. Nothing is more uplifting and satisfying to know that ‘I’ (who loves meat burgers, butter pastries, fresh cream cakes, simple carbs, hot chocolate milk) can totally commit to this diet for 6 weeks. Not only do I have a mammoth sense of self-respect but I love how all of it really is ‘in the mind’. Thank you Kirsten for making this diet so accessible and fun. It was my ‘project’ during the first lockdown- I lost 9 kilos. Took me around 6 months to gain 6 kilos back (after terrible eating habits) until I started again on my BIRTHDAY-( I swear I did not touch my birthday cake)

Who knew a simple self-care challenge during lockdown could help me feel this great AND lose 9 kilos all at the same time, every-time.

So glad to have come across your website and to find a diet that truly WORKS!

I tried Dr. Fuhrman’s diet a few years ago, but found it really difficult to follow. I never knew what to eat, and then would get too hungry. Since finding your blog, I am so motivated by your success. Your recipes, journal entries and photos are awesome! Thank you so much for inspiring me! One question – with the nutritarian cheese sauce, what would be a reasonable serving size since it contains nuts?

Hope you are still here..
I found Dr. Fuhrman over two years ago and have gone completely meat and dairy free, Unfortunately, I’m heavier now than ever, ugh! Replaced those items with starches and never changed alcohol intake, not good.
Now I’m on my fourth day of the six week plan, I love your site and find it so motivating. Thanks for your honest account of the program, and I love your easy recipes.
